The Federal Government and Academic staff union of universities (ASUU) have been engaged in face off for quite sometime now, over implementation of agreement for restructuring the university system in the country. With this scenario going on, the minister of education, Sam Egwu, celebrated his birthday last week, wasting almost N120m.
